Relax your body and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to release any tension or stress you may be holding onto.

Now, let's dive into the practice.

Awareness in the Sit Bones and Pelvic Bowl:

Start by bringing your attention to your sit bones.

Feel the sensation of sitting and the support of the surface beneath you.

Imagine white light, like crystalline light, spreading out from your sit bones into your pelvic bowl.

Visualize this light enveloping all your reproductive organs, bringing balance and harmony to this area of your body.

White Light Flowing Up the Spinal Column:

Continue to visualize the white light flowing up your spinal column.

Feel it moving through each vertebra, activating your nervous system and energizing your entire back.

As the light reaches your neck, imagine it expanding and filling the space inside your cranium, creating a glistening pearlescent white light throughout your head.

Whole Body Light Expansion:

Allow this radiant white light to flow outwardly, enveloping your facial bones, eye sockets, and the inside of your skull.

Feel the beautiful activation within your entire body suit as the white light spreads out into your muscles, body tissues, and organs.

This pearlescent white light attaches to the sheaths inside your organs and body systems, activating and harmonizing your entire body suit.

Grounding and Awareness of the Feet:

Bring your awareness to your feet and feel the connection between your feet and the earth.

Visualize the white light radiating from your feet and connecting to the cycle and flow of the earth's frequency.

Now, bring your awareness back to the minutest details of your feet, becoming fully aware of every part of your foundation.

As you do this, you are grounding yourself and strengthening your awareness of the structures throughout your body.

Expansion into the Energetic Light Field:

Now, let the white light radiate outwardly from your entire body suit.

Feel it expanding into your field of light, reaching deep into the crystalline core of the Earth and extending up into the vastness of the universe.

Within this field of light, you contain your beauty, your essence, your physical form, your spirit, your soul, and your light.

Floating Freely in Divine Light Essence:

As you close your eyes, imagine yourself floating disconnected within this space.

You are free from physical limitations, accidents, traumas, or negative experiences.

Allow yourself to be held within this beautiful divine light essence, where your spirit and person meet and communicate.

Notice any energy sensations, such as a pressure in your hands or a spiraling vortex of goodness.

Play with these sensations and explore how you can use the palms of your hands to channel healing and love by placing them on different parts of your body.

The Magic of Your Body Suit:

Your body suit, this miraculous vessel that holds your essence, is grounded and activated by the magical connection you have cultivated with your mind, body, and the earth.

Being fully present in your body suit allows space for movement and information to flow freely.

Let go of the need to figure things out solely with your brain and instead embrace the expansiveness and wisdom of your entire being.

Expand Your Energetic Awareness:

Continue to relax your breath, allowing it to flow freely.

Expand your awareness of the white light traveling throughout your body, embracing and energizing every cell and fiber of your being.

By releasing any attachments to physical structures and embracing the field of light surrounding you,

you are inviting yourself to float, be free, and tap into the infinite possibilities of your universal existence.

As you end this guided meditation,

take a few moments to express gratitude for the experience and the connection you have nurtured with your body and spirit.

Coming Back Into Present:

Slowly move your body and enjoy the peaceful energy of this white light energy surrounding you as you move throughout your day.
