The Physical Vessel of Healing

In this guided meditation, we will focus on the physical vessel that houses your entire life experience.

Our bodies are amazing vehicles that carry us through this world, but they can also carry accumulated trauma and energy blockages.

We will gently activate and release these blockages, allowing the healing energy of crystalline light to flow through your body.

As we move through different body parts, it is important to stay present and tuned into your physical sensations.

If your mind starts to wander into stories or past traumas, simply come back to the body and the present moment.

Your body holds the key to healing, and by staying grounded in the physical experience, we can release old patterns and activate the natural healing mechanisms within.

Find a calm and inviting space in your home that's private for you to feel comfortable and relaxed for 20 minutes or so.

Start to bring awareness about yourself,

feel into/visualize everything that you need and desire to see, feel, and experience in this space, in this room with you.

Settle into your seat,

feeling your feet connect with the floor and beyond into the crystalline core of earth’s frequency, grounding your body vessel in.

Slowing your breath down,

feeling it flow in and out of your bodysuit.

Your mind is calm, your heart is active, your bodysuit is whole,

You are completely pure frequency bodysuit, person, spirit,

A clean, bright, zero-point crystalline white light is moving through your physical vessel,

… flowing through your spinal column, 

crossing over the chakra systems around the sacral, up into the cranium, and down, flushing white light in and out.

Inhaling and expanding, exhaling, squeezing it all out. 

Activating your lungs, activating all the life force energy around your brain and how the brain function works.

The messaging systems, all the different cortexes, and lobes and their purpose, coating and healing the nervous system.

The messaging system for the operation of how we use our body. 

Going out and exploring life, sending messages back to the brain and then back out through the body, 

Bringing in healing for the eyes, reading information with our eyes coming into your brain/body.

Cleaning, clearing, and connecting up your ears/hearing for receiving information.

The mechanism of the ear, balancing left and right,

expands outward allowing all the energetic frequencies running through our ears to communicate through all dimensions and frequencies.

Grounding through our feet,

Connecting with your throat, mouth, your voice, speaking, and expression.

Staying with your throat, neck, jaw, mouth, ears, eyes, nose, your sinuses

receiving information from the human senses into your brain.

All talking. 

All communicating like a beautiful, soft flow or hum felt throughout your bodysuit

You receive, with all your human senses, and expand on them through your third eye, your multi-dimensional senses of all timelines, of all lives.

Coming back to the throat, coming back into the root, and grounding it in,

Activating your spinal column,

Feel your spine, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral.

The calcification build-up and blockages throughout your joint structures

Unlocking, open, free, white, light flowing through clear, cleaning, healing, activating, releasing, realigning your spinal column.

Traveling down your body through the ribcage. 

Give your arms and shoulders a wriggle

Move your jaw, your hips, knees, ankles, and feet.

Let this nervous stimulation and energy release from your body.

Flowing through your joint structures, 

Activating your spine and your bony structure.

Calcification, moving zero-point energy through your joint structures.

Just breathe and be flowing in this state of healing activation, white light, colors, movement, flow frequency, and vibration.

Coming into awareness with you in this space of healing from your body

Your body has been healed and activated. 

Your gut is still moving,

It's active now.

The sheath that surrounds your brain and your organs and your gut is flowing white light through your body vessel.

You are now, your person, body, and light in your space to create as one flow.

Your mind's eye is wide open to create.

Your whole body suit is wide open to create.

You feel your crown is opening. 

Take a breath and receive the information with more of you.

You are a walking vessel of life lights so your whole body suit is receiving information.

Slowly bring your awareness to the space you have been seated in.

Taking some time to stay within this space opens up the awareness to light vibrations flowing out from your bodysuit into your space.

Attuning yourself to notice the vibrational frequency of you and your space as one and the same, cleaning clearing, and activating as you notice more of your room.

Zero-point creator energy and the flow of crystalline light are a part of you,

... you are your healer, activator, and creator.
And so it is done!

Everything we have experienced from incarnation to date is housed within our body vessels.

All the accidents, surgeries, and mental, and emotional trauma have an energetic vibrational holding pattern in the physical form.

So let's deal with the stories of the past present and future in the physical present moment of now,
